Teenager. Dry Mouth, Low Appetite, Severe Headache, Sore Tongue And Eyes, Dizziness, Frequent Urination. History Of Tonsil Removal. Advice

I had my Tonsils removed one month ago, I had a really bad time, I was constantly vomiting and had to stay over night 3 times on a drip. My throat is fine now however when I eat food is dry and so is my mouth. I've lost 13 lbs, I've lost my appetite. I keep getting severe headaches that do not ease with pain meds including a migraine tab, sound and light make it worse. I have a sore tongue and my teeth ache, my eyes feel sore, whenever I stand I feel very dizzy and fatigue. I'm urinating a lot and I just feel weak and run down. My nails are thin and my hair is brittle. I'm only 16 :(

General & Family Physician Dr. Veera Raghava Rao Buddha.'s  Response
Hi, it appears that you have acute throat infection, due to surgery, and is not cured. I advise you to consult your surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. The other possibility might be that you have urinary tract infection.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
Thank you.
