Teenaged, want to increase height by 2 to 3 inches, want to know medicines for height growth, side effects

Hi I am a girl .My age is 19 yrs.Are there any medicines to increase height?not necessary alloepathic.It can be ayurvedic or Homeopathic.My height is 5 inches.I want to increase my height atleast 2.5 to 3 inches more.If medicines are taken ,are there any side effects in future especially if medicines are ayurvedic.Also i want to know that wheather regular cycling for 1-2 months increase height?

Remember that your natural height is your genetic cause. Physical exercise and diet are the natural factors facilitating increase of height. The height of a girl increases naturally till 18years of age. In few cases this age extends 2-3 years more. But after puberty also there is chance of increasing height upto 2-3 inches more by stimulating Growth Hormone. This can be done by ancient body stretching exercise technique called "Pilates". So you can join "Pilates" classes conducted by some Physiotherapists (Certified and trained for Pilates). You right to look for Ayurveda remedies it will help sure if you will consult the specialist and generally Ayurveda therapies hasn’t side effects, but also don’t forget about right diet rich in proteins. If you haven’t contraindication your meal must be plenty of proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins ( meat, fish, eggs, milk, fresh salads and especially fresh juice from variable fruits, etc. ). Physical activity- gymnastic, sport like basketball, swimming must be mandatory daily, unless you haven’t restrictions.
