Tattooing Done After Breast Cancer Surgery, Rashes, Blisters Surrounding Tattoo. Using Anti Fungal Cream. Cure?

Recently had tattooing done after breast cancer and reconstructive surgery . Now I have developed this red rash that has small blisters, it is surrounding the tattoo and even in the center of my chest. What could be the cause of this. I m using a anti fungi cream now because once before after a surgery I developed a yeast rash under my breast.
