Tampons Uncomfortable. Can I Make Them More Comfortable?

I know this sounds so stupid I have literally given birth to 4 children 2 with absolutely no meds natural, I am very small 5'7 95 pounds I tried a tampon a couple of times before and it hurt and I couldn't get them out I am sick of pads they are gross how can I make it easier abd more comfortable for me to use a tampon?

The pain while introducing a tampoon or taking it out could be related to an infection in the vagina. You need to change the tampoons more frequently and need a vaginal swab culture to rule out the infections.
