Taking Selenium And Prolotherapy For Muscle Spasm. Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia. Suggest Further Treatment

I am considering trying selenium and/or porcine thyroid and/or Prolotherapy to address muscle spasm issues that limit my confidence and capacity to work full time. I am taking 100mcg thyroxine daily (born without thyroid) and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia (a term which seems to be as limiting as the condition it describes) 5 yrs ago. I maintain an anti inflammatory diet, only work part time in retail rather than the desk or project jobs i studied for and enjoyed, have tried journalling to address any psychosomatic cause of my muscular problems, move and exercise regularly and attend yoga and tai chi classes, get acupuncture and or massage approx fortnightly, am 35yrs and female. For the past 2 weeks i have been working 4hrs a day in my uncles shed throwing fleeces and skirting wool and am on the brink of quitting because I am worried my muscles are getting tighter and will seize up again and leave me in agony for months. Any thoughts on my next moves such as treatments mentioned or suggestions to what I may have missed would be appreciated. C
