OBGYN 's  Response
hi,
your symptoms could be because of side effect of your pill, as it can alter the menstrual cycle or bleeding during cycle etc,
usually these symptoms will subside soon so you can wait,
if they become severe or not ending you can consult your gynecologist,
stress can also alter the cycle by affecting hypothalamo pituitary ovarian axis,
so better you consult your doctor and get examined to find out the cause.
take care.
