General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, as you describe you have decided to discontinue the drugs, which you are using for pain relief. you can approach any physician , or a psychologist for dealing the de addiction.
you have to taper the dose of one drug, and when it is complete add an N.S.A.I.D. and then slowly taper the second drug, simultaneously increasing the N.S.A.I.D,and if necessory anxiolytics may be needed.Thank you.
