Diabetologist 's  Response
HI,
Thanks for choosing HCM,
alprax is used to relieve you from stress and anxiety
neurobion contains vitamin b complex used to correct deficiencies of vitamin b complex as well as to prevent neuropathies that commonly occur in diabetics
shelcal is for calcium supplementation useful for bones and other purposes(you mention a pathology in your spine)
insulin and glucored as you know they are for glucose control in blood

regarding diabetes follow good diet and exercise
but exercises should not cause strain on your spine so go to a physiotherapist to know about what exercises you need to perform for fitness and pain relief
surgery may not be required for the kidney
meet your doctor if you have pain in flanks or urinary infections

hope i answered your query
thank you
