Taking heart medicines for angioplasty. Normal BP, renal function. Weakness. Cause and treatment?

sir, my father is 99 years old he is otherwise enjoying normal health except taking heart medicines under the advice of his heart consultant as he had his engoplastary in 1995. He is having normal BP no sugar fine memory/responsive good digestive system normal renal functions ect . Lately his intake is considerably reduced his urge for food fruits other eatables is drastically gone down which is leading to mounting weakness gradually.
What is the cause and treatment

Get extra rest.
Take more fluid.
Do not eat just before you go to bed.
Use your bed only for sleeping. Do not read or watch TV in bed.
Get regular exercise but not within 3 to 4 hours of your bedtime.
