Taking Eldervit Injection To Cure Neck Pain Caused By Disc Movement. Is There A Permanent Solution?

Hi Samuel,
I am suffering from neck pain for past 2+ year. I went through homeopathy, Ayurvedic, siddha and Allopathy. X-Ray, CT scan normal so I went through MRI and finally found out some disc movement in c4-c5 and c5-c6 disc.I am having eldervit injection 14 injection over till now, Can you please suggest me how to get out of this pain for long term?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having cervical spondilitis giving rise to this problem.
Go for physiotherapy for cervical spondilitis.
Go for short way diathermy.
Go for cervical traction if advised by orthopedic surgeon.
Avoid putting pillow under your neck while sleeping.
Take calcium, vitamin A and D supplements.
Ok and take care.
