Read your prob,for abdominal pain there is no role of ecosprin, in fact side effect of ecosprine is gastritis which is cause of upper stomach pain n ecosprine is also cause of bleeding so it should be avoided during pregnancy as there is chance of abortion , so you should discuss it with your doc n start proper treatment.
