Taking creatine HCl, whey protein, casein protein, CLA, mega men sport packs every day. Side effect?

Hi my name is Sara and I have a question about my boyfriends supplements he has been taking. He is taking creatine HCl, whey protein, casein protein, CLA, and mega men sport packs every day. This seems like a lot of stuff to be taking to just define his body and be more muscular. should he be doing something different?

I think extra supplement of such protein just because of Macho looking is not good idea, & even not advisable on medical ground, if some one is taking it this stuff then it means that the person is forcefully trying to alter the metabolism, one thing is very much clear that it is not for every one to be Macho men it is all depend upon your genetic constitutions, Protein side effect some time proven very dangerous & it it irreversible for a Macho men later life becomes difficult may face endocrine problems, ask your BF for taking extra care, human body given by Nature is one time game. Good Luck
