Taking Celebrex For Arthritis, Hurt In Hands And Fingers, Sore Thighs And Knees, Joint Pain. What Can The New Pain Be About?

I am a 42 year old female. I have been taking Celebrex for about 5 years for arthritis pain. Over the last couple of months my hands and fingers hurt horribly and I have lost alot of strength in my hands. This morning I woke up to extremely tender and sore thighs and knees. I have not done any extra excercise or anything strenuous. I have been fighting constant body muscle and joint aches for a long time but just dealt with it. I am unsure of what the new pain might be.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The pain in the multiple joints that you are having is likely to be due to polyarthritis. It seems that taking Celebrex only is not helping you now. You need stronger prescription medicines after a direct examination.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Praveen-Tayal
