Taking Birth Control Pills, Have Uterine Fibroid. Have Hot Flashes, No Appetite, Dizziness, Pressure Behind Eyes. Thoughts?

My 24 year old daughter is c/o hot flashes, no appetite, occasional dizziness, and "a weird feeling of pressure behind her eyes" when she focuses on something (she states when she puts her Mascara on in front of the mirror. I notices that she has definitely not been herself. She is on Birth control pills, also has a uterine fibroid. Any thoughts?

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on health care magic.
Get a complete examination by a ophthalmologist.
She could be suffering from glaucoma.
Uterine fibroids has no relation to pressure behind the eyes.
There could be some local cause.
Hope this helps.
regards,
Dr Nilofer
