HI, BEEN TAKING ATIVAN FOR A FEW MONTHS NOW.I SEEM TO BE NEEDING MORE AND MORE TO HELP.I M 45 AND GOING TO=HROUGH PRETTY SEVER MENOPAUSE.I FEEL LIKE I;M USING IT AS A CRUTCH.I DONT KNWO WHAT ELSE TO DO,IM DRINKIG WINE WITH IT SOMETIMES. LIKE NOW..I ,M SURE YOU CAN TELL BY MY TYPING.

Hi,
It seems that you are having severe menopausal symptoms.
Increasing the dose of attivan is not proper, you may require Gynaec consultation and may require some hormonal treatment.
Attend menopausal clinic and take their advice.
Remain busy in your routine work and avoid sedentary life.
