hi siva,

nice to meet you in healthcare magic,

am dr.surendiran

i read your question, lax les is due to the reflex regurgitation of gastric acid, due to the relaxed oesophagal sphincters ,

to avoid getting symptoms

1 avoid spicy foods

2 had some pillow while sleep

3 some antacid syrup,

helps to relieve temporary symptoms

a gastroenterologist may guide you further for permanant remedies,

hope i helped you with your question

thank you
