Taking Ambien Regularly. Safe To Increase Dosage?
I take 10mg of ambein ever night in the generic brand Instead of taking 1 10ml what whoud happen ifnintool 2 or 3 pills of my One pill I take ambein every night at bed. 10 ml. Ambien is zolpidem and it is a hypnotic. if you are getting good sleep with 10 mg then there is no need to increase the dosage further.
Bad dreams is a side-effect of zolpidem. If thats troubling you a lot then you can switch your hypnotic agent to either clonazepam or nitrazepam.
