Taking A High Protein Diet For Weight Loss. On Appetite Suppressant. Hair Loss, Skin Rashes And Weight Loss. Are These Related?

im going to medical weight loss. its a high protein diet,but we still eat carbs,fruits and veggies. ive been on it since jan. i also take an appettite suppressant, my hair has started falling out in front and im getting weird skin rashes or very dry like areas on my face and hand and chest and foot.ive dropped 40lbs since jan. is it this diet thats giving me these problems with my skin and hair?

Hi, Using medicine for weight loss, it is high proteine diet, still use curbs, fruits and veggies, since january. using appetite supressants, hair started falling in front, skin rash, came down by 40 kg.
Most probably the cause is the appitite suppressants. as a first step i advise to stop the drug, and advise to have green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, along with your routine plan of treatment.
Avoid anxiety, tension, hairfall in front is called male pattern bald ness, it may be genetic, and you can have relief of rash and hair fall by consulting a dermatologist . Thank you.
