Taking MST 60mg twice a day. History of taking sedatives, valium, halcium. Is it dangerous?

I have been taking MST 60MG 1 TWICE A DAY SOMETIMES I have doubled the dose when do they become dangerous and how mwny before they are fatal not forgetting I have been on them for over 5 years and I have a history of being on sedatives Valium ,melerin,halcium, beeter blocker,s you name it I have legaly taken it. That is why I have a high tolerance.
