Hello ma'am.
In such a scenario the first thing would be to rule out pregnancy. I would recommend a home pregnancy test to be conducted at least 2-3 weeks after your last sexual contact using an esrly morning urine sample. Please do repeat this test at least 2-3 times with a 24 gap at the least, to get a confirmed result.
Once pregnancy is ruled out we can consider other causes like a hormonal imbalance, etc; to be the cause after investigation.
