A clinical examination and investigations are needed to confirm the diagnosis.skin scraping test,Ig E,AEC,Stool test R,M.
Here are some general treatment measures which you can follow:

1) Provide complete rest and avoid overhead activities.
2)Daily you should be wash & clean your head .avoid hair oill .

in ur query u said ur complaint increased after some improvement, which means ur treatment may not be on the right path, also taking so many homoeopathic medicines at a time, who can tell u which one is helping and which one is causing u more trouble. Psoriasis developed after being treated for rhinitis , so it might also be the suppressed rhinitis that has come up on skin.

my advise to u would be:

## Stop multiple medicines.

## visit a nearby expert homoeopath who goes by the law of homoeopathy.

## for ur nasal congestion, i would suggest u to wear a clean cotton mask whenever u step out of home in early morning hours as well as in late evenings to prevent u from uneasiness due to pollens.

## since u have severe nasal congestion, u must work on ur diet and regime to develop immunity to fight against the allergens naturally rather than having medicines. For this take plain water steam daily at night before going to sleep, and sleep away from fan (it should not be right over ur head). take 2-3 sips of water every half hourly to keep urself well hydrated so that all toxins are washed out. Last i would want u to add vit C intake in ur diet. for this best method is whatever vegetable u eat in ur meals, just add 2 drops of lemon juice into it and cherish ur meals. Natural Vitamin C helps u develop immunity.
