Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Dear friend,

Thanks for posting your query on this website. I can fully appreciate your concern for your problem.

In my vast clinical experience of more than 30 years, I must have treated successfully, more than 50,000 Migraine patients. Hence, I will strongly recommend to switch to the following medicines, to be taken regularly for 9-12 months to ensure permanent cure:-

1. Tab XXXX (50mg) - one tablet daily after dinner for 2 weeks; thereafter, increase the dose to one tablet TWICE a day, to continue for next 10-12 months.
2. Tab XXXX 10mg THRICE daily for 10-12 months.
3. Tab XXXX 0.5mg twice a day, for 3-6 months.

May I inform you that the effect of these medicines will come only after 15-20 days.

I am confident that you will certainly benefit from the advice.

May I assure you that I am always available for your assistance and will try my best to cure your condition to the best of my experience and knowledge.

Please feel free to revert back to me after 3-4 weeks to update me with the response.

HAVE A NICE DAY AND A SPEEDY RECOVERY.

Fond Regards,

Dr.(Col) R Karanwal
