Hi, welcome to healthcare magic

Duvidilan causes relaxation of the uterine and vascular smooth muscles. Studies have shown that it has a beneficial effect in reducing the chances of spontaneous miscarriage. It is rated category C by the FDA- this means they are unsure if it harms the baby.
You should consider speaking to your doctor regarding any concerns that you may have about the medication.

An ultrasound can be done to assess the baby and make sure that there are no complications.
A pap smear would not be done at this time.

I hope this helps
