Taking Cialis 5mg daily for ED and BPH. Worked great for ED until I started taking lisinipril for the first time, then the Cialis just quit cold turkey. Lisinipril had horrible side effects for me - bad bad acid reflux, inability to concentrate, severe pain and even burning in my neck, stuffy nose after going to bed, zero libido, just felt miserable and horribly depressed. Now the doctor has switched me to Amlodipine 10mg, but I worry about the edema that it causes.

Would an ARB like losartan not have been the better choice? I have read it does not cause ED like Amlodipine can.
