Hello.

First of all, your medications are all ayurvedic, which I cannot comment on.

But I would like to first say that if you have completed your family and do not intend to have any further children then a hysterectomy would be advised.

But you are still young and have mentioned any symptoms of a woman approaching menopause, and so putting aside your history of fibroids and ovarian cysts, I would not advise a hysterectomy as it would drop down the normally generating female hormones your body which among other things can also accelerate aging.

Now coming to the fibroids, these normally cause a number of troubling symptoms like irregular menstruation, irregular bleeds, etc. Once these symptoms appear, and along with the number and sizes these have to be removed. In a woman not wishing to go ahead for a hysterectomy can go ahead with a procedure called electrocauterization of the fibroids (if small and few) or even a dilatation and curettage (D&C).

So the decision is yours to make. Either a D&C or a hysterectomy would be advised by me, but only after an elaborate examination.

Hope this helped.

Take care.
