Taken Antibiotics For Intestinal Infection. What Can I Do To Reduce The Constant Uncomfortable Feeling In Stomach?

hi,
i had an intestine infection 2 weeks ago,after taking antibiotics for 7 days, the pain and the diarria went away for a couple of days but then i started having a pain (heavy gas feeling). Going to the washroom is getting harder. very constant and uncomfortable feeling in the stomach area. I feel like passing wind but its hard to impossible. Any advice,tricks or remedies. All help is greatly appretiated.

Thank you for the query.

Antibiotic usually destroys any bacteria in the intestines. Regular intestines are covered with good bacteria which are extremely important for proper bowels function. After your antibiotic course, you have no good bacteria in your bowels. That is why, you should now try to fix it. To do that please start probiotic supplementation along with soft diet.
If it wont help in a week or so, stool tests are necessary.
