Taken Mifeprin And Cytolog To Terminate Pregnancy. No Bleeding. Taking Thyrox For Thyroid Problem. Suggestion?

Hi doc
This is sucharita form kolkata I have 1month pregnancy and I want to terminate the same. for termination I took 2pills of mifeprin 200mg and after 48 hours i took 2 pill of cytolog 200mg and after 6 hrs i took another 2 pill of cytolog 200mg. Its already 24hrs passed but bleeding not yet started. also note i m a thyroid patient and I uesd to takeThyrox 25 regularly.
Pls suggest what to do next

Hi,
Thanks for the query.

You should not take tablets for abortion without consulting the doctor and confirming the intrauterine pregnancy.
Anyhow after completing the tablets sometimes it may take around 48 hours for the bleeding to start.
And the success of medical abortion depends on gestational age also.
Usually pregnancy with gestational age below 8 weeks will be successfully terminated by medical abortion.
So you wait for one more day. If the bleeding do not start consult gynecologist once.
Continue thyroid medicines.
