TTC. Delayed Periods, Mild Headache, Dizziness, Bad Cramps, Light Pink To Red Spotting. HPT Negative. Possible Pregnancy?

I have a normal 28 day menstral cycle and my last period started on August 4. My partner and I have been trying for a baby and as of today my period is a week late. All week I have been experiencing mild headaches, periodic fatigue, and have experienced mild dizziness approximatly 5 times. Yesterday I took 2 pregnancy tests one didnt give a result and the other was negative. Today I started cramping very badly, mainly on my left side and I am experiencing light pink to red spotting. Should I be concerned? Could I be pregnant?

Hello,

Do one blood test for beta-HCG & one TVS scan to rule out possible conception and other underlying pathology if any. Kindly, consult with gynecologist after that.
