TMT Test Positive For Inducible Ischema, Fasting Glucose, Cholesterol High. Angiogram Test Required?
Hi, My Father recently did a TMT test, a regular health checkup and this is the first time he has done this test. The test report indicates as follows. TMT is positive for Inducible Ischema Additional info: Fasting plasma glucose 234 mg/dL Cholestrol - 181 mg/dL HDL-Cholestrol- 33 mg/dL Triglycerides- 98 mg/dL LDL-Cholestrol- 128.4 mg/dL VLDL-Cholestrol- 19.6 mg/dL c/hdl ratio - 5.5 mg/dL age-52 height-162.5 Should he go for angiogram test??? Thank You.

from your history your father has high sugar level , abnormal cholesterol level , and positive TMT test ,
in that case i definately advice to undergo angiogram test
its indicated
also start life style modification
required good control of sugar level
need to start medicine for abnormal cholesterol level
further treatment will be decided as per angiogram report
