TMJD, Facial Muscle Weakness, Social Anxiety. Suggestions To Overcome This?

Hello Dr., I have got TMJD, some facial muscle weakness (like trembling cheeks when smiling/or unable to keep the smile) and in recent years, I had an even worsening social anxiety . It is so severe now, that I cannot keep talking to a stranger in front of me, unless I had Xanax before or some alcohol (one beer usually helps). Please, what can I do ? I m a bicycle taxi driver for 4 years and I love my job, but conversation is vital with the customers and I fail to get customers because of my condition. I also have an ECG diagnosed RBBB and mild hypertension . Thank you very much in advance ! Gabriel
