Symptoms Of Pre Periods. Groggy, Heaviness In Abdomen, Slight Backpain. History Of Periods A Week Back. On Pre Natal Vitamins, Trying To Conceive. Suggestions?

Hello, I had my period about 1 week and half ago and for the past 2 days ive been feeling like I am about to get it again. I am feeling groggy and I feel heaviness in my abdomin like I usually do when I am about to get my period along with slight lower back pain. Me and my boyfriend are trying to get pregnant but his sperm count is really low so I'm thinking that our chances are really slim. Could I get a period twice within weeks?? I am not taking any medications. I am taking pre-natal vitamins though. Any help??

Hi dear user, thanks for asking to us.
As per your history, you are getting these premenstrual symptoms in midcycle. These may be due to mittleschmerz i.e. due to ovulation. I will advise you to take simple pain killers for your pain and continue your planning as before.

Hope this helps.
