Symptoms of my son...He is 29 years old. His fiancée

Symptoms of my son...He is 29 years old. His fiancée called and said he pulled an all-nighter last night due to work and was up all day until around 5 tonight. They had sex and he fainted, couldn't stand, couldn't see. He didn't eat much today so she made him a sandwich and gave him some water. She had to help him to the bathroom where he wound up vomiting. He went to bed and fell asleep. He is only responding to questions with the answers, "I'll be fine" and I'll be ready in 5 minutes". He won't drink much water. I went over there to check on him and he will not wake up enough to talk to me other than to answer as above. Could these symptoms be because he is just overly tired?

Hello. I am a 55 year old woman. I am recovering from a flu-like virus where I had feverishness, headache and aches all over my body. The worst of this lasted about 5 days and I am slowly recovering. However, I am finding that I am experiencing low mood and an agitated feeling (similar to jangling nerves or butterflies in my stomach) and it is making it difficult for me to fall over to sleep. Is this a common symptom after having the flu? I am coping with this quite well as I control my breathing until the feelings pass but it is wearing me down somewhat. Should I be doing something different?

My fiance is 44 years old, she thinks she had tuberculossis at 4 years old she was never hospitalised, she stayed at home and would play with her brother and was with her mother and Father and has never had problems, she has no scarring of lungs. Could this have been something other than Tuberculosis.
