Symptoms include loose fluffy stools, fatigue dizziness and increased appetite

Symptoms include loose fluffy stools, fatigue dizziness and increased appetite even after I've had a large meal I'm extremely hungry again with two hours, I also have pain in sternum/breastbone while lying down and when waking up in the morning which also includes a congested chest and mucus.

Last year while abroad I fell ill with typhoid fever which returned two or three times while I was still abroad and I was treated with antibiotics, since than my health has not been the same I've been having gastroenterology problems and I've been ironically diagnosed with IBS, ACID REFLUX, LACTOSE INTOLERANT GLUTUN INTOLERANT etc etc by the doctors here I've spent thousands of pounds but to no avail my freinds and family said I'm being ripped off and should return back home to get proper and reliable treatment.

I am having symptoms of loose stools, nausea especially in the night and morning, hungry but nothing sounds appealing, and extreme fatigue. I am not supposed to start my period for 8 days, but I still took a pregnancy test and it came back negative. Could I still be pregnant?

My doctor thinks I have adrenal fatigue or insufficiency after coming off a week of Prednisone (which was for sinusitis that hadn t resolved after 4 courses of Augmentin.) Symptoms included aching glands around head and shoulders, lightheadedness, dizziness, insomnia, terrible fatigue, strange aches here and there. I also have had cognitive issues - losing track of what I am talking about mid sentence. CT scan yesterday showed that the paranasal sinses are clear now and all blood tests, FBC, iron, thyroid etc were normal. My doctor has prescribed a lower dose of Prednisone for 3 weeks to kick start the Adrenal glands. Prior to my problem with sinusitis, I have had at least a year of stress due to grief, supporting others through grief, daughter getting married, changes at work and a greatly increased workload where I don t have time for leisure. I am 49 and mother to 3. I work full time.I have started the low dose prednisone but am worried that it will cause more problems. Should I stay on it?

I am out of shape and in the past two years gained about 50 lbs. I am a 60 year old woman. I had bypass and a stent done four years ago when I was diagnosed with peripheral artery disease. My life changed, and I sit at a home computer and get barely any exercise. The last few months, I get winded doing the slightest thing. I can t go to the supermarket without the help of the cart and still... am exhausted and dizzy when getting in the car. I know, I need to go to the doctor... could I have developed diabetes?
