Swollen Tonsils, Gums And Mouth Sores And Pain

I have swollen tonsils that seem to have pimples on them with white tips. I ve had tonsil problems before but never had this much pain. I have pain swallowing, my gums are now also tender and swollen which make it painful to chew. And after a few days I began getting sores on the inside of my lips. When I have the most pain I feel weak and sometimes feel like I am having hot flashes. I am a 35 yr old hispanic male. I have always brushed my teeth regularly and use mouthwash as well. Have never experienced something so uncomfortable and painful. What do I have ? What should I do ?
