Swollen Thyroid. Taking Synthroid And Kelp Pills

My thyroid seems to be swollen.Sometimes it is hard to swallow. I am still taking the same dose of synthyroid that I have been on for a year or more. Seems to help some if I take 4 or 5 kelp pills. I had just started drinking a lemon, cucumber, mint water before these symptoms started. I have quit. I had lemon water today and it seems worse tonight.
