Swollen stomach, painful. How to get rid of it?

my stomach is ever so swollen, painfull and getting bigger as the days go by. i am now that swollen that i can feel lumps/obstructions inside me around my rib area. my stomach begins to bloat directly under my breasts and comes out bigger & harder down to my pelvis . i really do look as though im about to give birth. the pain i am in is unbelievable. please advise me as to what it could be how to get rid & to stop it as it feels like i am going to burst

I can understand your problem this is vague abdominal complain if I would be your doctor then I would treat this case with the following treatment.
1) Tab Dicyclomine one tab three times in day
2) Tab Clidinium three times in day one tab
3) Tab Chlorodiazepoxide one tab three times in day
