Swollen stomach. CAT scan shows induration of subcutaneous fat. History of hernia surgery and hematoma

I had heria repair surgery in 10/2011. I had a chronic hematoma for approx. 6 mos before another surgery was done in 4/12 and it was suppose to fix this. I had drainage tubes unitl 5/2012 and was told that I should be fine. Well my stomach has been swelling again and I just had a cat scan and it says that I have induration of subcruetious fat? What happens now?
