Swollen Scattered Red Dots With Forming Blisters

i have red dots scattered on one portion of my hand and they are ony burning . One red dot recently blistered...i dont know what caused it or what they are.

usually high temp and allergy are the causes
consult a dermotologist .
for the time being use lactocalamine lotion and cetrizine tab
