Swollen Right Mons Pubis. Haemoglobin, WBC, Vitamin D Low. No Smoking. Advice?

Hi I have a swollen right mons pubis (a lump not on but under the fatty skin). Ive had it off and on for about 2 years. Sometimes it goes down to the size of a peanut and then other times it is larger than a half a boiled egg. Sometimes it is soft when it is small, but when it get large it becomes harder and moves around under the skin when I touch it. the color of my skin is normal and there is no pain unless it gets really large (it becomes uncomfortable).I feel pressure. It first started when I was drinking wheat grass juice daily(about 2 yrs ago). I just had my blood work done and my CBC is low- Hemoglobin -12.1, hematocrit- 36.4, RBC- 4.2, and WBC -3.73. also my vitamin D is 24.5, and my anion GAP is 10.3. Basophil% 1.6 (high). the rest are in normal range.Over all i'm
very healthy. I don't smoke, drink, or do drugs. Can you help me? I want to get to the bottom of this. Thanks

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, it appears to be the the hernia, probably conginital hernia. At first it may be small, and not visible, and at some moment of physical stress it would have come visible, If you neglect it may become still more, and may get, strangulated to become an emergency.
So i advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and surgery.
Thank you.

Hi,
From history it appears that you might be having reducible, uncomplicated indirect inguinal hernia.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Avoid constipation and cough reflex.
Ok and take care.
