Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,
You may be suffering from intertrigo or dermatophytosis with secondary bacterial infection.
Sweating, tight cloths, high humidity and temperature make you prone to develop these infections. So try to avoid these.
The medicines taken by you are not helping much, so you can stop them.
Consult a dermatologist and start proper treatment.
