Swollen Painful Wrist After A Fall. How Long Will It Take To Recover?
I feel back on my left wrist nearly three weeks ago, it was extremely sore after it happened and it was swollen, a few days after most of the swelling went down and except for a little bit on the inner side of the wrist, I still can t put any weight on it and I have been strapping it heavy to get through training, it still has quite a bit of pain in it, what could be the problem ?
