Swollen Lymph Node, Difficulty Swallowing, Hard, Nausea. Earlier Had Flu. Where Do I Go?

I had the flu starting 5 days ago, with a high of 102 F 4 days ago, and resolving since then. Last night I went to bed with no temp, no nasal congestion , and normally sized tonsils. Woke up this morning with GIANT lymph node. Anterior cervical. SO huge I can t swallow . Super hard. Super big, like golf ball sized. One side only. Palpating makes me nauseous. Where do I go? urgent care?

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for your query.
From your query,i came to know that your Cervical lymph node got enlarged. Most probably,it got infected and inflammed.
As the duration of the swelling is short,it will be regressed with proper Antibiotic and anti inflammatory drugs.
Please consult your surgeon and take appropriate decision.
Wish you good luck
