Swollen Lower Lips, Black Scar Formation, Pus And Infection. Using T-bact, Altargo. Permanent Cure?

My lower lip swells often and a black scar has formed.this started before 2 years.Until then everything was normal.Whenever I take spicy food I experience a lot of itchiness,burning on my lips .I found out henever I eat apples and bananas My lips swell...Even pus is forming in the lips and gets infected.I consulted dermatologist and using creams T-Bact,Altargo,..but again its coming back...I need some advice.It really hurting me a lot...

Hello.apples and bananas have high potassium contect.go for serum potassium levels first.swelling of lower lips can be due to herpes infection.use short course of acyclovir.apply fucibet ointment along with antihistamine can cure it
