Swollen Leg/foot

My 16month old daughter started of with a red mark on her upper leg and thigh, I took her to the doctor and he said it was baby eczma and percribed me some cream, that didnt work then I took her back and the doctor said it was pigmentation and she would grow out of it. Then i noticed her leg and foot was swollen and she has had this for around 7months and she has no problem with it, and the doctor said nothing was wrong. Then about one month ago i noticed wart like lumps on that same swollen foot the warts are on the sole of her foot and on the top and she also has some on her knee but not as bad. I'm really worried she has all these on the same leg. Please help me find a cure for this as my doctor hasnt a clue!

Wart is any skin lesion. So it shall be difficult to comment on that without an examination. Hence for a clear picture I suggest you to consult our dermatologist along with a pic of the lesion. You can use the link

hello,
looks like a viral infection.
Swelling in foot is oedema can be due to too much statis of fluids can be due to block in the vessels. I would advise you to rule out common endemic infections in your area. Get a complete microbiological investigations. Rule out infection if mother had any at time of conceivement. Visit a pediatrician in this regard. I hope i have answered your query. Take care
