Swollen Itchy Clitoris With White Discharge. STD Or Soap Allergy?

Hi, I just noticed i have a white discharge on my clitoris and along the folds below my clitoris. I do not have discharge around the labia area nor do i think its a yeast infection . My clitoris is swollen and a bit itchy. I used a qtip and water to wash it off. I started using a new soap a few weeks ago and i do not know if this is the cause of it or not. Could it be and STD?
