Swollen Glands, Headaches, Dizziness, No Appetite, Tiredness, Cause ?

I am really worried, i am a 17 year old girl but for the last year ive had swollen glands, i have had 4 full blood counts through the year and all came back clear, but lately i have had really bad headaches and dizziness feel sick no apetite and tiredness could this be lymphoma or would the blood have picked something up p.s. i am a hypochondriac as i thought i had appendicitis , a brain tumour , and was having a heart attack

You haven't specified the site (neck, axilla or groin), approximate size and the rate of their growth.
Do you have fever?
How about your appetite?

tell me the site of gland and associatd features like fever , loss of appetite etc
you can get FNAC of gland to confirm diagnosis
