Swollen Glands Around Throat, Pain In Collar Bone And Shoulders, Pain Under Arms, Night Sweats, Shivering

Hi I wonder if you can help for the past three months i have had swollen glands around my throat and also getting terrible pain in my collar bone and shoulders and stabbing pains under my arms i also have been getting terrible night sweats and shivers like a fever starting. I dont feel well in myself also my groin is very tender on the left side.

After going through your suffering, you need phsical examination of groin and of lumps in the neck region beside blood test for infection like tuberculosis,malaria .Keeping in mind the duration of your suffering you may require biopsy of lymph nodes present at neck. You need a urgent meddical attention.
