Swollen glands around throat, pain in collar bone and shoulders, pain under arms, night sweats, shivering

Hi I wonder if you can help for the past three months i have had swollen glands around my throat and also getting terrible pain in my collar bone and shoulders and stabbing pains under my arms i also have been getting terrible night sweats and shivers like a fever starting. I dont feel well in myself also my groin is very tender on the left side.
