Swollen Feet, Frequent Urination. Have COPD, Breathlessness. On Ventolin, Antivert, Advair. Suggestions?

i have copd from smoking , i quit months ago , i was getting somewhat better , but recently i have gotten alot worse , sometimes i have a hard job just getting a breath of air , i had x-rays , lots of blood work , my doctor says i have no cancer , i am on ventolin , antrovent and advair .... this was fine until a few weeks ago , things have gotten worse , a couple nights ago , my feet swelled up , and i am using the bathroom alot more than usual . right now , i can hardly walk to my car without getting very winded , its getting scary for me ..... any suggestions that could help .

I hope you have stopped smoking completely,a cardiovascular check up to rule out right sided heart failure secondary to the COPD is required.It would help if you reduce salt in the diet and discuss this with your doctor.
