Swollen, bloated stomach, weight gain, strange cravings, tiredness. Pregnancy symptoms?

Hi. I have a swollen, hard lower belly and I feel like I have put on weight in the last 4 weeks, I eat more and have strange cravings, I m tried and spend a lot of time going to the toilet. I was wondering if these are signs of pregnancy. I feel it s very early for a test, but my body feels out of tune for me! Can you help?

Thanks for the query.
Though your symptoms suggesting pregnancy just by symptoms we cannot confirm it.
So you wait till your expected date of periods, then undergo preferably blood test or urine test for pregnancy which will find out the possibility.
If you are wishing to continue the pregnancy in case of positive test, start taking folic acid and vitamin supplements from now onwards.
Take care.
