Swollen Ankles With Painful Calf Muscles. Should I Be Concerned?

Hi, my ankle is swollen. I went over on it a few weeks ago (no immediate pain) the next day I went for a long walk and my calf started to tighten. My calf muscle has been painful since then (painful enough to make me limp but has eased slightly in the last two days) . As the pain in my calf subsides my ankle seems to be getting more swollen. Is this anything to be concerned by? Thanks
